La Corte Albertina Restaurant
Bertolini family works in the restaurant from 1964 in the famous "Gallo d'oro" in Alba (CN) to 1978, than in the restaurant "Al Castello" in Santa Vittoria d'Alba (CN).
Since 1997 the son Gianni with the help of his parents Enrico and Palmira opens "La Corte Albertina" in Pollenzo (CN), a restaurant full of history and culture of the Romana Pollentia, in the middle of historical village realized by Carlo Alberto of Savoy. |
